Wild Heather is the work of Heather, a local mum from the north of the Bega Valley
with a lifelong passion for filling jars with flavour. Her small batch preserves are made
from locally sourced fresh produce – reducing food miles, cutting food waste and
celebrating the abundance of the region. A regular award winner at local shows,
Heather brings both skill and love to every batch.
The range will also feature Australian native foods, blending her love of preserving
with her passion for growing native plants.
