Our family lives and works at Big Sky Farm in the Bega Valley, where we grow a range of seasonal vegetables alongside our commercial garlic crops. We love growing good food and being able to share it with other families in our community.
What’s in a box?
Each week, our Bega Valley Organics produce boxes bring together fresh vegetables and fruit from our own farm, other local chemical-free growers and certified organic and biodynamic farms across Australia.
We grow as much as we can ourselves and work closely with local growers, including Grassboots Farm and Grow the Future, who share our commitment to caring for the land and growing good food. We complement what’s available locally with certified organic and biodynamic produce sourced through the Sydney Organic Markets, giving families access to a wider variety throughout the year.
Every box includes a mix of familiar everyday staples and fresh, seasonal produce, with the contents changing according to what’s growing, the seasons and the weather. We aim to provide food that’s delicious, nutritious and easy to use in everyday cooking, with enough variety to keep things interesting.
All our produce comes together each week at Big Sky Farm, where we carefully select and pack every box in our on-farm packing shed and cool room before delivering it to households across the Bega Valley.
By keeping the journey from growers to your kitchen as direct as possible, we aim to deliver fresher produce that stays fresh for longer, helping you get more from your box while reducing food waste and the costs that come with it.

When you subscribe to Bega Valley Organics, you’re getting some of the best produce available, while supporting our small family farm, other local chemical-free growers in the Bega Valley, and Australian organic and biodynamic farmers.
For our family, these boxes are also part of something bigger. We’re building a business around the things we value: good food, healthy land and strong local communities. We want our kids to grow up understanding where their food comes from and the importance of caring for the people and places around them.
Through what we grow and share, we hope to leave our family, our community and the land a little healthier for generations to come.

Delivery, pick-up and extras
We currently service Bega, Candelo, Bemboka, Quaama, Cobargo, Bermagui, Wapengo, Tanja, Tathra, Kalaru, Wallagoot, Tura Beach, Merimbula and Wolumla, with home delivery and local pick-up options available.
Subscribers can also add products including Bega Valley Eggs, Wild Rye bread, Wild Heather Preserves, certified organic honey, regional chemical-free pistachios and our own Big Sky Farm garlic.
We also grow chemical-free garlic and garlic seed at Big Sky Farm, available seasonally through our online shop.
