The small and medium boxes do not include garlic, onions, or ginger. This allows us to provide a greater variety of other staples in these weekly boxes. The large box does include some garlic, onions, and ginger, but if you use these frequently—as we do—we recommend adding them to your order every few weeks.
Our garlic is grown using organic practices right here in Stony Creek. We pair it with quality organic onions and fresh ginger to create a box of essential ingredients that form the foundation of countless dishes.
Depending on onion stocks – this pack will also include brown onions, either mixed with the purple, or on their own.
