Italian Late Artichoke Chemical Free Garlic Seed
A beautiful garlic with a creamy yet sharp flavour, ideal for Italian cooking, slow roasting and caramelising. This mid-season Artichoke variety stores well for around 8 months once properly cured.
We’ve broken the bulbs into individual cloves and quality-checked them, so you receive more good-sized planting cloves rather than the smaller central cloves. A bulb typically contains around 14-16 cloves, and several are often very small, so a clove pack gives you better value in both size and number of usable planting cloves, while also providing a stronger start for your garlic crop.
Best suited to cold temperate climates with cold winters, warm springs and hot, dry summers, though it is more tolerant than some Artichoke varieties of wet and cold conditions through spring and summer. A reliable and adaptable variety.
