We always start our boxes with locally chemical-free produce, then as needed, order from the Sydney organic farmers market. The portion of local chemical free produce to certified organic produce depends on local availability and quality. Obviously, this changes throughout the year, with the winter months being supplied more from certified organic farms on the East Coast via the Sydney organic markets.
